5 Winter Fashion Essentials

Hi guys!

I'm currently working on a couple of fashion posts for the holidays for you guys, but in the meantime, I wanted to share with you all my winter fashion essentials. These are the 5 items that I seriously cannot live without this winter season. I hope this gives you all some ideas for things you may want to add to your winter wardrobe shopping list, and FIY, if you want to see how I style these next items, keep a look out for the upcoming posts these next couple of weeks! I hope you all have a wonderful Saturday! PS, if you like any of the items I listed below, you can click on the caption beneath the picture, and it'll take you straight to that item on their website!

1. Vests
I don't know what it is about vests lately, but I have been OBSESSED. Now I don't mean dorky vests, I'm talking about fur & puffer vests. I think that they can just make your outfit look super pretty and preppy, or super duper glam, which I love! You can find a ton of cute vests like these at most stores, but I found the following at Wet Seal!
Wet Seal (On sale online for only $15)

Forever 21 (Online for only $29.80)
Wet Seal (On Sale online for only $15)

2. Black Leggings
I have a secret.... if it were sociably acceptable, I would totally live in black leggings, or leggings in any color or print. They are seriously the most comfortable things in the world, and they go with any outfit. I recently discovered that Walgreens sells legginsg for 2 for $12, and they are the best leggings I have seriously ever tried. They're super thick and fleece lined, so they cover your underwear and they're really warm. The best part is that if you go a couple sizes up, you can get them to be high waisted so they suck everything in and make you look super thin, without giving you camel toe.

3. Statement Jewelry
If you guys have been reading my blog lately, this one should come as no surprise. I just love how one necklace or super pretty pair of earrings can instantly make your whole outfit. I will admit that I have been super into the preppy style lately, and following all these preppy fashion bloggers on Instagram and Youtube, totally inspired my love and need for statement jewelry, but especially J. Crew inspired statement jewelry. You can find super cute statement jewelry at Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal, DEB, and Rue 21. You should look there first to find some gorgeous jewelry for super cheap!

Charlotte Russe $12.99
Forever 21 $12.80

4. Knee Socks
I've seen a ton of people rocking knee socks since the summer time, but I could not justify spending $8-20 on a pair of socks. I was finally able to find some on lovelywholesale.com, and the best part is they were only $2-3 with free shipping! They have about 5 or 6 different colors, and they are seriously amazing quality. If you guys don't know about lovelywholesale.com, you should totally read my "5 Unexpected Places I Love to Shop." Knee socks are just so versatile and they just add a little something to any outfit, plus they can totally pull any outfit together.

5. Riding Boots
If I could live in any type of shoes for the rest of my life, it would probably be riding boots. They're just so pretty and preppy, and they go with just about any outfit. In an upcoming fashion post, you'll see how I rock my dresses for winter, which totally includes a look with riding boots and knee high socks. They're so comfy, and they're great to just throw on and go. I love how they look with any outfit, and I especially love how ROSS always has new styles and colors of riding boots for under $30!
Charlotte Russe $42.50
